Download Ricky's Squat Tracker
Download the Ricky Lundell 1% Better Every Day Squat Tracker to keep track of your squatting progress. Every time you squat, record your maximum weight completed for that day; record your Personal Record (PR) which is the greatest amount of weight you have ever squatted. Using your Daily Max as your benchmark, drop the weight to 80% of your max, completing 6 sets of 3 reps. Record your Bottle Neck Pain (BNP), documenting the pains you are experiencing as your body gains strength. Remember, BNP can be anywhere and often move around the body.
Email me 100 days of concurrent lifting as documented on these trackers to earn a Certificate of Achievement. I will also add your picture to the Squatting Hall of Fame on my website.
